Scope and Contents Collection consists of ESU undergraduate and graduate commencement programs and related materials, documenting members of each graduating class and detailing the festivities planned. While earlier on in the school's history there was a single shared commencement, as the school grew, multiple commencement ceremonies were often held each year, usually in the spring, summer, and winter. Collection of two "Day Book for Man Help" handwritten ledgers from the East Stroudsburg Normal School. Ledgers contain information on laborers who worked on the school, what jobs they completeted, and payment.

The Denny Douds Manuscript Collection consists of documents and artifacts relating to Douds' storied career as ESU's men's football coach from 1966 to his retirement in 2018. Included in the collection are Douds’ football binders, playbooks, correspondence, news clippings, photographs, awards, handwritten notes, and AV material. In addition, more general ESU football and athletic information is present in the collection.

Two botany classbooks (Herbarium and Plant Descriptions 1895). Book filled with notes from classes on plant specimens, some pressed flowers and plants. Books from students Michael A. Cillather (class of 1898), and Ira Walter Edinger (1902). Trigonometry student workbook (printed 1900); student name and date illegible.
